IBERIAN LYNX

The iberian lynx's population is around 110 known individuals. It lives n Southern Europe and it's scientific name is lynx pardinus.  It's other common names are Spanish lynx and lynx pardelle.  Some back round about it is it may be the first cat species to become extinct for at least 2000 years.  Today, there are no more than 38 breeding females in the wild.  This lynx is closely related to Eurasian lynx, the Canada lynx, and the North American bobcat.  This animal is important because it   kills other carnivores
, it's loss can cause increase of density of the other predators.
